PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-piece clip capable of performing the temporary fixing in a state that a head part of the pin is projected high from a grommet, being connected by inserting the pin, and then disconnected by pulling out the pin to be used again in a temporarily fixed state. SOLUTION: This two-piece clip 10 is composed of the grommet 20 and the pin 50. The grommet has a plurality of elastic leg parts 22 divided and extended from an annular flange 21, and the pin 50 has a shaft part 52 expanding the elastic leg parts by being inserted among the elastic leg parts through a central hole 27 of the flange. A temporary fixing piece 56 connected to the shaft part at its axial both ends into the loop shape and projecting in the outside diameter direction, and a stopper projecting part 55 mounted adjacent to the temporary fixing piece in the tip direction of the shaft part are mounted on the way of the shaft part, an inner peripheral edge of the flange is engaged between the temporary fixing piece and the stopper projecting part, and the pin is temporarily fixed to the grommet.
