IRON CORE TRANSFORMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the man-hour or the manufacture cost and to prevent chips of an amorphous member from being scattered in an iron core transformer which uses the amorphous material. SOLUTION: An insulator having an adhesive layer on its surface is stuck onto the end face in the laminating direction of amorphous material. In the transformer using an annular iron core 1 on which the amorphous material is laminated, the insulator with the adhesive layer formed on its surface is provided on the end face of the iron core in the amorphous material laminating direction (1). The insulator is provided in the above portion (1) including a corner of the annular iron core (2). The insulator is provided in the above (1) around the iron core including the inner and outer peripheral surface sides of the annular iron core 1 (3). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
