PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heater that can be simply installed between the execution base material and the surface layer material without any trouble with a little quantity of an adhesive, and a power control device of the electric heater in which the supply voltage can be made low to the power supplied to the electric heater, and the electric charges can be made inexpensive. SOLUTION: This is the electric heater 10 provided with a net-like heater part 20 and the net-like heater part 20 is formed of heating wires 21, 22 of mesh 23 that radiate far infrared rays when electricity is flowed. The heating wires 21, 22 are formed of a bundle of carbon fibers 26 coated with a protection membrane 24 around it. The electric control device 40 is constructed of a differential amplifier 41, a reversing amplifier 42, a rectification circuit 43, a synchronous circuit 44, a comparison circuit 45, and a power control element 46. Consequently, power control device 40, the ratio of the voltage to the power can be made low and the power can be supplied to the electric heater with a low electric fee. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
