PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily windable a deflection coil having excellent reproducibility and holding ability of a winding distribution. SOLUTION: This deflection coil winding device is provided with a winding nozzle 1 driven in the axial direction and the diametrical direction of a bobbin 6 of a deflection yoke and inserted in and pulled from the hollow part of the bobbin 6 from its large diameter side to wind a wire 5 on the bobbin 6 by leading the wire 5 out of its tip part, a nozzle driving part 2 to drive the winding nozzle 1, a guide hook 3 driven in the axial direction and the diametrical direction of the bobbin 6 to wind the wire 1 on the bobbin 6 in cooperation with the winding nozzle 1 by detaching the wire 5 while keeping it hung on the small diameter side of the bobbin 6, a guide hook driving part 4 to drive the guide hook 3, a resin applying part 8 and a resin tank 9 to apply an liquid ultraviolet-curing resin to the wire 5 right before it is wound, and an ultraviolet ray irradiation part 10 to adhesively fix the wound wire 5 right before the guide hook 3 detaches the wire 5 by curing the liquid ultraviolet curing resin applied on the wound wire 5 by irradiation with ultraviolet rays.
