PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tread rubber composition having excellent workability at a factory and gripping performance as a resin-compounded rubber composition and provide a tire produced by using the composition. SOLUTION: The tread rubber composition is produced by compounding 100 pts. wt. of a diene rubber with 10-150 pts. wt. of a terpene resin. The tire is produced by using the tread rubber composition.
