PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curing pressure-sensitive adhesive film excellent in finish. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curing pressure-sensitive adhesive film is a laminate film prepared by laminating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with optionally a base layer and an ultraviolet-curing top-coat layer in the given order, wherein the ultraviolet-curing top-coat layer is an uncured one which is nonadhesive before being cured and has an elongation of 100% or larger, and the ultraviolet-curing top-coat layer contains (A) a compound having at least one radically polymerizable unsaturated group in the molecule and/or a compound having at least one radically polymerizable unsaturated group and at least one thermally curing functional group in the molecule, (B) a polyester resin containing at least 20 wt.%, based on the total solid weight of a polybasic salt (a) and a polyhydric alcohol (b), alicyclic polybasic acid (a<SB>1</SB>) and/or alicyclic polyhydric alcohol (b<SB>1</SB>), (C) a curing agent, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator.
