PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a case with a panel and to reduce its manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The housing 10 with the panel is furnished with a case body 1, a panel 2, a link member 3, a driving means 4 and a moving guide mechanism 5. The housing 10 with the panel is changed to an overturned state from a first erected state as the panel 2 revolves with the other end part as its fulcrum by pushing one end part of the panel to the front surface side through the link member 3 by the driving means. Additionally, The housing 10 with the panel is constituted so that the other end part of the panel 2 rises as it is guided by the moving guide mechanism 5 by pulling the one end part of the panel 2 at the overturned state to the rear surface side by the driving means 4 and so that the panel 2 changed to the second erected state as upper and, lower, front and back of the panel 2 are reversed against the first erected state.
