PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper holder and a holder attachment with which a prescribed length of paper can easily be cut off from a rolled paper with the single hand. SOLUTION: The paper holder which supports the rolled paper in a rotatable manner is provided with: a rotary member driven to rotate forward and backward; a supplying means for rotating the rolled paper in a direction where its front end is supplied by the forward rotating operation of the rotary member; and a cut off means for cutting off the paper supplied by the supplying means by the backward rotating operation of the rotary member. Thus, by rotating the rotary member forward and backward, the rolled paper can be supplied and the supplied paper can be cut with the single hand. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
