PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating net giving no weight feeling in water or at the surface of water and freely scooping articles. SOLUTION: This floating net has a mechanism comprising a rod 3 having lighter weight than water and a freely replaceable net 2, wherein air is sent from a hand pump 4 to give buoyancy and is purged to sink and to thereby easily scoop the articles on the bottom.
