PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and efficiently forming a stepped floor. SOLUTION: There is employed a molded floor plate bearing member for implementation of the method. The molded floor plate bearing member is formed of a beam-like bearing member main body including a first bearing portion and a second bearing portion 7b. The first bearing portion bears an edge of each upper stage molded floor plate 4B. The second bearing portion 7b bears an edge of each lower-stage molded floor plate 4C which is arranged on an end side of the upper-stage molded floor plates 4B and steppedly located at a location lower than the same. The bearing member main body also includes an engaging portion 7c which is arranged at an edge of the bearing member main body. The engaging portion 7c engageable with the other molded floor plate 4A arranged in parallel with the upper-stage molded floor plate 4B and the lower-stage molded floor plate 4C, or engageable with a beam arranged in parallel with the upper-stage and lower-stage molded floor plates 4B, 4C.
