<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance inverter which can be reduced in weight and size of a weight and a volume. <P>SOLUTION: When IGBTs Q8, Q11 of an auxiliary circuit 2B are turned on, IGBTs Q7, Q12 are turned off in the state of a steady-state mode in which a main circuit 2A is (U, b, V, W)=(1, 0, 0), an energy of current ILr is stored in a resonance inductance Lr and IBGTs Q1, Q6 are turned off, a capacitor charged in a positive direction starts discharging in the resonance capacitor C1, and a capacitor starts charging in a negative direction. The capacitor starts charging in the positive direction continued to the discharging of the capacitor charged in the negative direction by the current ILr in the resonance capacitor C3. Then, a ZVS of a state in which voltages V1 and V6 across both ends of the IBGTs Q1 and Q6 are zero is realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
