<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recorder in which foreign matter can be removed surely and stably without causing trouble such as stripping of a recording medium from a rotary recording drum, cockling, or the like, and to obtain a method for removing the foreign matter. <P>SOLUTION: In the recorder having an adhesive roller 50 for removing the foreign matter from the surface of the recording medium 1 by touching it, and in the method for removing the foreign matter, contact pressure between the adhesive roller 50 and the recording medium 1 is set in the range of 0.01-0.2 MPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
