PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multichannel reproducing device or a loudspeaker device for multichannel reproduction that can be connected easily to another multichannel reproducing device or loudspeaker device for multichannel reproduction. SOLUTION: The multichannel reproducing device processes inputted audio data by means of a signal processing circuit and, at the same time, outputs sounds by supplying processed signals to a plurality of dispersedly arranged loudspeaker devices 20, 21, 22-2n. The signal processing circuit 6 is provided with a converting means which converts the input audio data into a plurality of channel data and a signal processing means which generates multichannel output signals by compressing the channel data converted by means of the converting means at every data and respectively imparting channel identifiers to the compressed channel data.
