PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step-down type DC/DC converter with a simple circuit structure for reducing a core of a transformer. SOLUTION: In the step-down type DC/DC converter, an input ground line and an output ground line are formed in common, and an input terminal of an isolated type DC/DC converter unit 3 is used as the input, while one of output terminals of the isolated type DC/DC converter unit 3 is used as the output. In this case, the other one of the output terminals of the isolated type DC/Dc converter unit 3 is connected to the input. The insulated type DC/Dc converter unit 3 is operated and the output such that a prescribed voltage is subtracted from the input voltage is generated in the step-down type DC/DC converter.
