PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of LSI and the influence of noise on a power supply line or GND line when controlling a bus integrated into LSI or a bus formed on a circuit board with being connected to LSI containing no bus. SOLUTION: A first bus control circuit 100 determines the differential value (address 151) between successive addresses of bus master addresses 201 outputted from a bus master 200 and outputs it to an address bus 300a. A second bus control circuit 400 returns the differential value (address 151) inputted through the address bus 300a to the original address 201 outputted from the bus master 200, and outputs the result to a bus slave 500.
