PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thumb-turn cover capable of stopping rotation of the thumb-turn by a wire, a bar,etc. and unnecessitating a attaching/detaching member and further, operating pinching rotation operation. SOLUTION: A thumb-turn cover 11 rotatably covering a thumb-turn 21 extruded on a door surface 27 is provided with a substantially hemispherical face-shaped protrusive cover 13 in which the thumb-turn 21 is contained in a recessed space 19 and the thumb-turn is covered, and a fixing plate 17 connected to the opening peripheral edge 15 of the protrusive cover 13 and brought into contact with the door surface 27 through an adhesion means. At least the cover 13 has a rigidity retaining a substantially hemispherical face and formed with a flexible material making the thumb-turn 21 rotatable by deformation by means of a pinching force from the outside and rotation force.
