PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste applying cutter that simultaneously cuts paper or the like and applies paste to the cut paper or the like. SOLUTION: The paste applying cutter comprises a body case 2, a blade part 3 projected from the body case 2, and a paste application part 13 projected at a tip from the body case 2 to enable continuous application with a paste bearing tape 11 in a cutting direction of the blade part 3.
