PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for storing a light guide plate, which prevents that the surface of the injection-molded light guide plate is injured during its storage or transportation, and a tray for storing the light guide plate suitable for the method. SOLUTION: According to the method, a plurality of supports 12, 13, 14 are erected in a tray body 11, and the light guide plate 1 is placed on the supports, with a space formed between the main surface of the light guide plate 1 and the bottom 10a of the tray body 11. The tray comprises the tray body 11 in which a plurality of the supports are erected, and is used for storing the light guide plate according to the above method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
