PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and effective warning light taking the place of a smoke candle. SOLUTION: An emitter 4 such as a Xenon lamp or the like is arranged in a transparent cover 2A, and the cover 2A is charged with material such as urethane rubber or the like having light permeability and flexibility as damping material. When securing a place for dealing with a traffic accident for example, these warning lights 1 are thrown down in order with their switches turned ON. In this case, the warning lights 1, which are attached to a wire 13 drawn out from a running vehicle, are thrown down in order on the road face. Each of the warning lights thrown down emits to prohibit succeeding vehicles from going inside a specified traffic line, resulting in securing a palace for dealing with the traffic accident before everything.
