PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein when a work is set to a reference seat provided with a tool plate exclusive for each model, labor hours and cost for exchanging the tool plate and the reference seat are increased every time the work is replaced, which is not suitable for limited production of diversified products. SOLUTION: A reference seat adjustment means 3 is provided with a link arm 4 to one end of which the reference seat is mounted and a fixation part 6 is rotatably mounted to the other end. The fixation part 6 is fastened and fixed to a reference plate 11 of a workbench 2 by a handle 7. The link arm 4 is made up by linking a first link 8 and a second link 9 with a link shaft 10. Relative rotation of the first link 8 and the second link 9 is disabled interlocking with the fixation of the fixation part 6 by fastening of the handle 7. When the handle 7 is loosened, the rotation of the fixation part 6, and the relative rotation of the first link 8 and the second link 9 are allowed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
