PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing packaging method for sliced raw fish (Sashimi) requiring no operation of dishing by a buyer and enabling using at once only by opening a pack, by freezing dished sliced raw fish as it is, and to provide a freezing packaging pack. SOLUTION: This freezing packaging method for the sliced raw fish comprises slicing raw balloonfish to 1-2 mm thickness, dishing the thinly sliced raw balloonfish in a tray superposing partially the sliced baloonfish on each other, freezing the dished sliced raw fish together with the tray in compliance with the shape of the tray, separating the sliced raw fish part frozen and united after freezing, and packaging the separated sliced raw fish in the pack. The unitedly frozen sliced raw fish part is only packaged in the pack in compliance with the shape of the tray and distributed so as to dish the sliced raw fish only through opening the pack and save the trouble of making sliced raw fish and dishing by the buyer.
