Disclosed is an apparatus to align panels in projector including synthesizing system holding means located on an upper portion of a synthesizing system for supporting the synthesizing system. The apparatus to align panels in projector can prevent deviation(misalignment) between at least two or more prisms and panels, which are mounted on the synthesizing system, due to vibration.
