In databases (18, 20), point information is stored by relating it to a user ID. Moreover, according to the point information stored in the database (18) by relating it to the user ID associated with the user in a portal site server (14), a network game system (10) updates the point information stored in the database (20) and related to the user ID associated with the user in the game server (16).
