The present invention relates to an agent for prolonging recurrence-free survival time of patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma in the histopathological stage I or an agent for prolonging the survival time or for an agent for prolonging survival time, particularly recurrence-free survival time of patients after surgical resection of lung squamous cell carcinoma in the histopathological stage IB, containing an aminopeptidase inhibitor such as ubenimex as the active ingredient.
