发明名称 Circuit for distinguishing binary one input signals from binary zero input signals
摘要
1,129,845. Transistor pulse circuits. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORP. 28 Sept., 1966 [30 Dec., 1965], No. 43249/66. Heading H3T. A circuit for distinguishing between " one " signals comprising a positive pulse followed by a negative pulse, and " zero " signals comprising a negative pulse followed by a positive pulse includes a detector circuit 18 which is inhibited whenever a zero signal is applied at input 10. The input 10 is fed via a differential amplifier 12 to produce antiphase signals on lines 14, 16. With a zero input, avalanche transistor Q3 is switched on and holds the anode of tunnel diode 36 too low for it to be switched by the positive pulse of the signal on line 14. With a one input, transistor Q3 remains off and the combined effect of the signal on line 14 and a stroke pulse at terminal 26 switches diode 36 to produce an output on line 28 which is fed to amplifier 30. The tunnel diode 36 is reset by the negative going pulse of the one signal on line 14.
