FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to process and gear for clearing water storage basin from drifts formed near foundations of dams and embankments on side of water head, it can be used to clear sedimentation ponds of various assignment from silt deposits. Process of clearing includes feed of drifts in the form of hydraulic mixture into dam pulp line and their dumping into tail-water. Clearing is performed by lifting of drifts to water surface on side of water head, their supply over floating flexible pulp line into pulp line of dam and into downward pulp line by siphoning. Supply of hydraulic mixture by siphoning is carried out over bypass upward pulp line over crest of dam where auxiliary injection is conducted if its permissible vacuum siphoning suction height is exceeded. Siphon dredger is started with preliminary filling of pulp line with water. Siphon dredger includes ground intake tool with suction pulp line and facility to transport ground in the form of floating and main pulp lines. Suction pulp line of ground intake tool, floating and main pulp lines ( on command height of the latter vacuum pump is installed ) come in the form of single siphon pulp line. Pulp suction line of ground intake tool can carry auxiliary ejector, adjustable vent can be installed in pulp line of command height and adjustable valve can be placed at end of downward branch of pulp line. EFFECT: enhanced clearing efficiency, substantially reduced general expenses and power consumption for transportation of hydraulic mixture. 5 cl, 1 dwg |
