FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing carbonyl- -containing derivatives of adamantanes, namely to method for preparing derivatives of 2-oxopropyladmanatnaes of the general formula: wherein: R1 is hydrogen atom; R2 is hydrogen atom; R1 is CH3; R2 is hydrogen atom; R1 is C2H5; R2 is hydrogen atom; R1 is CH3; R2 is CH3; R2 is hydrogen atom; R1 is bromine atom; R1 is CH2C(O)CH3; R2 is hydrogen atom. Method involves interaction of 1-bromoadmantane or its corresponding alkyl-substituted homolog, or 1,3- bromoadamantane with isopropenyl acetate in the presence of catalyst AlBr3, in methylene chloride medium as a solvent providing enhanced activation of formed intermediate complex /Ad+//AlBr-4/, at temperature (-10)-(+5) C, in the mole ratio of reagents bromoadamantanes : isopropyl acetate : AlBr3 : methylene chloride = 1: 2.1: (0.85-2.32):( 17.4-30), respectively. Method provides preparing end products with the yield 68-91%. EFFECT: improved preparing method. |
