Switching elements 40;40' are employed to feed flux of charge carriers to one of two circuit branches Z,Z', integrator (10;10') in circuit branch (Z,Z') to which flux of charge carriers is fed is used to integrate flux of charge carriers and can return to initial state. Comparator (30;30') is designed to generate signal if integrated value of flux of charge carriers matches preset threshold value.
