SUBSTANCE: invention describes complexes of podands with rare-earth elements of the general formula: Me(NO3)3.L.mH2O, wherein Me means ion of rare-earth element (lanthanide) of cerium subgroup with atomic number 57-60; L is ligand RO(CH2CH2O)nH, wherein R means hydrogen atom, CH3 or C2H5, n is a whole number 2, 3 or 4; m = 0, 1, 2 that elicit reparative properties. Invention relates also to method for their preparing and pharmaceutical composition for topical treatment of wound process, for example, wound skin defect and mucosa tissues with different localization being independently of etiology at all stages of wound process.
