FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of thin-wall cylindrical envelopes by means of rotary drawing at necking. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of mounting cylindrical blank onto mandrel; fastening blank on its end and subjecting it to rotary drawing with necking; mounting cylindrical blank onto mandrel with guaranteed interference. Method provides enhanced quality of non-rigid cylindrical envelopes with wall thickness less than 0.2 mm. EFFECT: improved quality of cylindrical envelopes. |
