FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nonsteroid anti-inflammatory preparation of diclofenac sodium. The preparation is made as tablet- core covered by envelope. The tablet core comprises diclofenac sodium taken in therapeutically effective dose and special additions. As special addition core comprises hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, ludipress, stearic acid and/or its salt and aerosil. Envelope comprises hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, glycerol, iron oxide and/or titanium oxide. Retardtablets provide increasing duration of diclofenac sodium release up to 8-12 h. Tablets satisfy to all requirements of State Pharmacopoeia of XI Edition. EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of preparation. 4 cl, 1 tbl |
