FIELD: postharvest treatment of grain before laying for storage. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating grain with propionic acid comprising additive of chitosan, arachidonic acid and eicosapentaenic acid for forming of film on surface of each corn; using as source of chitosan, arachidonic acid and eicosapentaenic acid preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella globalpina micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue.
