FIELD: automatization of technological processes. SUBSTANCE: given system of automatic adjustment operates as follows: material in the form granules is fed into hopper, advances along helical conduit of screw, is compacted, heated and melted. Melt is squeezed out through profiling tool at which outlet article is formed. Change of viscosity of melt in corresponding heating area of metering zone causes change of rate of motion of polymer and, consequently, pressure difference. This change is recorded by pressure transducers, measured pressure difference goes to corresponding correction unit which computes new value of temperature setting on basis of rheological equation of melt by values of temperature of heater and previous value of pressure difference.
