Proposed compounds possess inhibitory and regulating activity with respect to chemokine/chemokine receptors and can be useful in prophylaxis and treatment of different inflammatory diseases, such as asthma, atopic dermatitis, nettle rash, allergic diseases, nephritis, hepatitis, arthritis or proliferative arthritis and other similar diseases.
