FIELD: petrochemical processes. SUBSTANCE: olefin hydrocarbons are produced by dehydrogenation of paraffin hydrocarbons in fluidized bed of dust catalyst circulating within reactor-regenerator system. Process comprises preparing hydrocarbon mixture form direct and recycle streams of paraffin hydrocarbons, vaporization thereof, heating hydrocarbon vapors by heat of contact gas and overheating them in furnace and passing them to fluidized-bed catalyst dehydrogenation. After that, contact gas is cooled in heat-recovery boiler. Coke formed in the process is burned out when catalyst is subjected to air oxygen oxidation in regenerator followed by reducing catalyst with natural gas, conveying catalyst form reactor into regenerator and vice versa, compressing contact gas, condensation and recification-mediated isolation of paraffin and olefin hydrocarbon fraction from condensate. Content of oxygen in reduced catalyst entering reactor, according to invention, is maintained between 0.025 and 0.075 wt % using for that aim stripping catalyst with inert gas passed at flow rate 0.25 to 1.25 cu.m per 1 cu. m circulating catalyst. When content of oxygen in reduced catalyst rises, inert gas intake is decreased. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency and reduced raw material and catalyst losses. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 12 ex |
