FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: objective of invention is creation a wood-cement composition involving use of manure as animal-origin substrate containing microorganisms capable of rapidly destroying both mono- and oligo- and polysaccharides of the hemicellulose type, which would result in removal undesirable carbohydrates, so called "cement poisons", from wood filler. This objective is achieved by that, in a known method of preparing wood-cement composition comprising preliminary treatment of wood filler with microorganisms, preparation of raw meal composed of cement, wood filler, water, and hardening accelerator (calcium chloride), compaction, hardening, and preliminary treatment of wood filler are carried out by way of biofermentation by microorganisms contained in manure, whose content in its mixture with wood filler should be 30-50 wt %, whereas water in amount 50-70% is added to wood filler-manure mixture. Fermentation process is carried out at 40-42o for 80-120 h. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency. 1 tbl |
