FIELD: medical engineering; medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves increasing sensitivity threshold when exceeding given number of breathing attempts which amplitude exceeds a predefined artificial lung ventilation apparatus sensitivity threshold. Sensitivity threshold increase is carried out depending on inhalation mixture flow rate when trying to inhale. The device has channel for controlling inhalation mixture flow rate when trying to inhale. Its input is connected to AND-gate output which input is connected to breathing attempts control gage, maximum inhalation mixture flow rate setter unit operating on trying to inhale, its output being connected to another AND-gate output which input is connected to unit for automatically changing sensitivity threshold and inhalation mixture flow rate comparison circuit comprising the flow rate setter unit, its output being connected to control input of unit for automatically changing sensitivity threshold. Comparison circuit output of breathing attempts control channel is connected to other inputs of the mentioned AND-gates. Control outputs of unit automatically changing sensitivity threshold and timer circuit are connected via OR-gate to artificial lung ventilation apparatus switch-on circuit on inhaling. Signal outputs of unit automatically changing sensitivity threshold, circuit for controlling breathing cycles frequency, circuit for measuring inhalation mixture flow rate when trying to inhale and timer circuit are connected to warning signal unit inputs. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated proper breathing cycle repair. ^ 7 cl, 2 dwg |
