FIELD: manufacture of metal brushes. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame with spindle and slide supports, spindle and slide drives, mandrel fixed on spindle and equipped with outer and inner stops for V- shaped member, slot and opening extending perpendicular to slot and communicated therewith, grip with opening for receiving of wire. Grip is made for insertion into slot. Apparatus is further provided with mechanism, which counteracts force acting upon slide during twisting of wire. Said mechanism is adapted for acting upon slide in direction oriented toward mandrel with force, which is reduced during wire twisting. Outer stops are made in the form of ring mounted on mandrel for axial displacement and fixation. Apparatus is adapted for manufacture of metal brushes used for machining of parts. EFFECT: reduced process wastes of wire and simplified manufacture of metal brushes. 2 cl, 5 dwg |
