METHOD FOR MAKING SMALL INTESTINE ESOPHAGOPLASTY

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves mobilizing small intestine by ligating and transecting 2-3 pairs of radial blood vessels and placing it under skin in presternal position. The transplant is connected to the esophagus. 0.02 g of Clexane is subcutaneously administered 2 h before the operation in abdominal area. 0.5 g of Canamicin is intramuscularly administered 1 h before the operation. 0.1 g of Mexidol and 400 ml of Perfluoran are intravenously administered during surgical intervention. 100-120 ml of 10% glucose solution is injected into the planned small intestine esophagotransplant. 0.02 g of Clexane dissolved in 40 ml of 0.5% Novocain solution is administered into mesentery of this intestine segment. 200 ml of Perfluoran are intravenously administered once the next day after surgical intervention. 0.1 g of Mexidol is intravenously injected three times a day within three days long period after the surgical intervention. 0.02 g of Clexane is subcutaneously administered within four days long period after the operation in abdominal area. 0.5 g of Canamicin is intramuscularly administered within five days long period. EFFECT: reduced number of postsurgical complications; accelerated treatment course.
