FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing organism in fixed position and administering gentamicin. Rat as experimental animal is closed in single-place rat house 3 h every day during the first 2 weeks. Next two weeks, the rat is deprived of movement for short time for 1 h and ototoxic antibiotic of gentamicin is intravenously administered. Single dose of gentamicin is equal to 20 mg/kg of animal body mass. EFFECT: high reproducibility of pathologic state. 3 tbl
