FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed spring contains inner torsional element 1, outer torsional element 4 rigidly connected with inner torsional element from side of first end face 2 and orientated along said element in direction to its second end face 3. Contact device consists of two projections 5 and 6 diametrically opposite to each other and arranged on inner element and in slots 11 and 12 made in outer element. First sides 13 and 14 of slots and second sides 14 and 16 of slots are made flat. First sides 7 and 8 of projections adjacent to first sides of slots are made in form of screw surfaces with pitch reducing in direction from first end face 2 to second end face 3. Second sides 9 and 10 of projections adjacent to second sides of slots are made in form of screw surfaces of the same direction with pitch increasing in direction from first end face 2 to second end face 3. adjacent second sides of projection and slot have common contact surface. EFFECT: reduced maximum vibration amplitudes and dynamic loads. 9 dwg |
