SUBSTANCE: tire tester includes prime mover, hinge frame with tested wheel anchored on it, mechanism compensating for reactive moment, drive mechanism, wheel loader, measurement links and recoding equipment. Prime mover carries device for stabilization of horizontal position of frame of tire tester coming in the form of reversible distributor placed in pressure and discharge lines of hydraulic cylinder and controlled by electronic unit.
