FIELD: casting to ceramic molds with use of casting patterns. ^ SUBSTANCE: composition ceramic mold includes metallic supporting part with facing ceramic layer. Stepped openings including technological and weight-fastening openings are provided in supporting part and in ceramic layer. Diameter of technological opening exceeds that of weight fastening opening. At securing weight-gripping members, damage of facing ceramic layers adjacent to technological openings is prevented. At applying facing layer, inserts are placed in technological openings for preventing penetration of ceramic suspension between them. After applying layer of ceramics said inserts are removed. ^ EFFECT: possibility for manipulating fitting at manufacturing cycle without damage of facing ceramic layer. ^ 10 cl, 20 dwg |
