FIELD: technology of manufacture a non-plasticized nitrocellulose base for the consolidated charges. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with technology of manufacture of a nonplasticized nitrocellulose base used for the consolidated charges predominantly for the barrel fire-arms - such as the hunting rifles, construction guns, means of throwing-up of items made of signal or pyrotechnic compositions. The offered method of manufacture of the non-plasticized nitrocellulose bases of the consolidated charges provides for nitration of the fine-fiber cellulose raw material till reaching the given concentration of nitrogen in the semifinished item, removal of impurities and a moisture surplus from a nitrocellulose fiber mass, a drying and communition of the fiber till obtaining a polydispersed mixture of fibrous particles and formation of the consolidated charges. And also the invention offers a consolidated throwing charge in the form of at least one brick made on the non-plasticized nitrocellulose base formed from a mixture of the polydispersed nitrocellulose fibers and having a porous felt structure. The invention is directed to creation of a safe method of manufacture of a nitrocellulose base for the consolidated charges, that would allow to press the consolidated throwing charges out of it, always keeping integrity at initiation and in the process of burning. EFFECT: the invention allows to manufacture a safe non-plasticized nitrocellulose base for the consolidated charges and the safe consolidated launching charges used by the barrel fire-arms, construction guns, throwing-up pyrotechnic means. 15 cl, 6 dwg, 2 tbl _ |
