FIELD: preparation and cutting out equipment for sewing production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes screw type tension mechanism, tensioning and guiding pulleys, probe, limit switch, unit for visualization of cutter tension. Traverse bar of apparatus is jointly connected with axles of tensioning and guiding pulleys and it carries axle of probe engaging with cutter; limit switch engaging with probe. Unit for visualization of cutter tension includes cutter tension indicator mounted on probe; limb secured to traverse bar and limb secured to guard of apparatus. Unit for visualization of cutter tension indicator is mounted in such a way that not to close cutting zone of material. EFFECT: elimination of necessity for additional adjustment of positions of cutters and limit switch. 1 dwg |
