FIELD: medical equipment, namely apparatuses for luminescent diagnostics and photodynamic therapy of malignant tumors and other pathological neoplasms. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes diagnosing-dozing module with unit for detecting topology of pathology, frame memory unit, unit for forming topology of action and system for displaying information about topology of pathology and about action; irradiation module provided with laser beam source, unit for controlling space-time distribution of laser irradiation and optical system for guiding irradiation onto irradiated pathological object. Diagnosing-dozing module includes in addition unit for selecting operation mode; unit for controlling diagnostics mode; controlled electronic switching unit. Unit for detecting topology of pathology includes high-response videocamera with spectrum-selection optical system and it also has spectral translucency window in spectral luminescence range of photosensitizer. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of luminescence diagnostics and photodynamic therapy due to increased accuracy of dozing action on pathology zone. 7 cl, 3 dwg |
