SUBSTANCE: for ophthalmiatrics invention proposes to use fraction of polysaccharides of the general formula (C6H12O6)3-20, from callus tissue of plants of Ungernia species containing 0.1-20% of potassium of polysaccharide weight. Preparation is used by oral route in the daily dose 10-6-10-3 of active component per 10 kg of body weight for 7-30 days as ophthalmic drops (2-3 drops of extract per tea spoon of water) or as lotions, or in combination using different forms of administration.
