PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable printing with low electric power consumption and at a high speed. SOLUTION: In a color printing method using a color thermal recording paper on which plural coloring layers with different colors having different thermal sensitivities are laid and fixed by being irradiated with light of different wavelengths to lose their coloring reactivities, the light with wavelength to lose the coloring reactivity is applied to a part where coloring is unnecessary of the coloring layers in sequence from the layer with high thermal sensitivity to that with low thermal sensitivity (SP1, SP4, SP7) and then the coloring layers are heated with heat quantity corresponding to respective thermal sensitivities (SP2, SP5, SP8). |
