PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution which is simple and capable of open loop, by attaining improvement in power factor and reduction of a higher harmonic current and also reducing generation of noise and heat and reducing a reactor sound also providing no current protecting circuit, in a rectifying circuit. SOLUTION: This circuit has a reactor 18, a rectifying means 4, a capacitor 51 and transistors 52, 53 constituting a power source short-circuiting means, diodes 61 to 64 and capacitors 65, 66 constituting an electric charging discharging means. The power source short-circuiting means controls a current flowing by an AC voltage with a charge/discharge of the capacitor 51. The electric charge discharge means, after a polarity change of AC voltage, discharges an electric charge accumulated in the capacitor 51 to an output side of the rectifying means 4. The transistors 52, 53 are switched to on with a delay from the timing of zero cross of AC voltage. The transistors 52, 53 are switched to off, when a current is zero. |
