PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food product which contains oil and fat comprising fatty acids in the ω-3 series as an active ingredient and can prevent and inhibit the secretory diarrhea caused by prostaglandin. SOLUTION: This food product contains, as an ingredient, a fish oil such as sardine oil or tuna oil containing fatty acids in the ω-3 series, for example, eicosapentaenoic acrid or docosahexaenoic acid. It may be added to other food products, for example, margarine, cream, ice cream, cheese foods, bread, dressing sauce, or salad oil. |
